[ausev] air-cooled heater

Air cooled VW's provided passenger heat  from a shroud over  the exhaust
pipe. if your environment needs additional heat and you cant live without
it, can you utilize other heat sources?
 I have driven many VW's in austin with no heater no problem, wear gloves.
