My Geo is my daily driver, in 2 years I have put about 10, 000 miles on it.
I put 20 to 25 a day(charge), usually 40 to 50% of calculted battery amps.
I travel up and down 183 north of town( hills and 65+mph)
The max I have gone on 1 charge is 38 miles.
I did drive from Johnson city to Oak hill once too, but that was 45 and
drafting the whole way.
This is with flooded lead acid.

My guess is that you will need NIMH of LI batts to get the 50 +/- mile
ranges you want.

and 7 months *might* work, but you would need to order all your materials
immediately, and they might get in on time.

sitting 8 hours at hork will not adversly effect the batteries.
