He said something I don't understand:

I was under the impression that there is almost no hydrogen gas on 
earth.  Most of it is in commercial cylinders.  If you let it escape, 
it leaves the atmosphere, gone forever.  Hydrogen molecules, well, 
that's different.

Did I miss something?
