[ausev] New fuel cell tech

Anyone else see this story on a water+air-fueled fuel cell?  According
to the article, no pressurized hydrogen is necessary.  They seem to be
pushing it to charge the batteries in a more conventional electric car
design, rather than providing the motive power directly.  I expect it
can't supply the high current for acceleration.
