I used (and have enjoyed) an FB1-4001A. I was not terribly involved
with mating the transmission to my engine... but I can point you to
the photo set:
As you can see, I kept my clutch and flywheel, however you can also
see a little round hub with holes to mate my engine to my flywheel:
