Has anyone been following these bills?  They will have Texas adopt the California Emission Standards.  This is a wonderful thing!  Finally Texas can lead the Midwest and Southwest in Emission Standards.  It won't just  be a coast thing.  I wonder why none of this has made the local news?  Does anyone have a media connection so we can get support behind these bills?
