I have been thinking that theoretically you should be able to get a little more range out of a higher voltage pack of the same weight due to the fact that your amperage draw would be less for a given speed.  Because of the Peukert Effect, lower amp draw will allow more AH to be drawn.

In practice the ability to accelerate faster will probably offest this advantage.

I will shortly be going from 78 to 156 nominal voltage so i will be able to test the theory (if i can restrain my desire to drive like Dale Earnhardt).
