I've not heard of them... though a little cyber sleuthing reveals two
other companies in the same office at that address...  My guess is
that Plug-In Texas is a front for a national group that is trying to
establish a local Texas presence, but currently has no presence, and
is therefore paying these PR firms to answer the phones and pretend
that Plug-In Texas is a huge group.   (And I use the word "PR firm"
loosely, as both of these "PR firms" appear to be one guy each.)
