San Antonio has 7 dedicated plugs that I know of, 6 at The Republic House
restaurant and 1 at a church.

The most interesting thing that I get from the press release is that
there are charging stations in Denver, CO; Elk Horn, IA; and Chicago,
IL... but not in Austin, TX?
