Hi all,

I emailed M Howard with congratulations and also some questions, here is his
response -
"We are doing all of this on our own without any help from the Govt. We have
no permitting requirements in our small rural communities. We are installing
the systems ourselves here in Iowa. I plan to place more of these in 2010
along the Interstate 80 corridor to allow EV travel from Chicago to Denver.

I will be happy to share our operating experiences with these units as they
become operational here. Our one location where the ev charging station is
located in our town is completely powered by solar PV's. I will be putting
in a 225kWP solar park in our community here next year as well. Please feel
free to contact myself or Trevor at 712-764-2197.

Thanks
mike "

The chargers he is using are the Coulomb Chargers, Chargepoint Technologies.
I have a feeling that they are just the normal 120 v outlet chargers,
nothing to do with the new J1772 Standard/Plug.

I'll probably give him a call tomorrow and let you know what he says...
