I have to say that inserting and removing my L6-30 charging plug 2-3
times per day... every day... for the past 18 months... is starting to
show quite a bit of wear on the plug.  It long since wore off it's
nice zinc coating.

That being said... at $45 for a pair of L6-30 plugs, I'd have to wear
out a LOT of L6-30 plugs for the cost of a J1772 plug to be
worthwhile.
