I have used eBay, too, with success.  I created a website, www.rekhillbill.com to help me sell stuff on eBay.  One feature is a demo video section.  Another is a download for PDF files describing the engine, etc., along with an unlimited list of jpg photos.  eBay will allow you to reference your website from the About Me page.  You can, also, put an operational video of your engine, etc., similar to the diesel engine, I am planning to sell in the near future, directly into your listing, if you use U Tube or other ebay permitted vedio sites.

I built my website with Frontal (http://www.frontalcode.com/#/Home).  This is an Open Source Initiative (http://opensource.org/)easy to use web language.  I say easy to use, if you have any programming experience and with some study, if you don't.  I don't have any programming background so it took me a little over three months of study and help from the Forum to put it together.  If anyone would like a copy of my website, I would be happy to email my frontal_document.xml file, the code that makes the site work.
